From pioneering discoveries at the National Institutes of Health to building successful venture-backed biotechnology companies, Ardego's leadership team has spent their careers advancing science from the laboratory to commercialization. Together they combine decades of research, intellectual property development, operational leadership, fundraising, and startup execution.

Dr. Ethan Mann is an accomplished biotechnology executive with more than 15 years of experience leading emerging life science companies through growth, commercialization, fundraising, and strategic development. His expertise spans operations, scientific affairs, clinical development, quality systems, manufacturing, finance, and corporate strategy, making him uniquely positioned to guide innovative technologies from early development to commercialization.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mann has helped build and lead numerous biotechnology startups across therapeutics, diagnostics, and medical devices. He has held previous leadership roles at Sharklet Technologies, Inc., Validus Cellular Therapeutics, Inc., Blacktip Ventures, LLC, and other venture-backed biotechnology companies.

Dr. Mann serves as a Venture Partner with LemVega Capital and has chaired the Colorado Bioscience Association Board of Directors. Combining scientific training with an MBA in Finance, he brings a rare blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and investor perspective to Ardego's mission of advancing transformative cancer therapies.

Dr. Beverly Packard is the scientific founder and visionary behind Ardego Therapeutics and its proprietary platform. For more than four decades, her work has advanced the fields of cancer biology, fluorescence technology, targeted drug delivery, and immunotherapy. Her research has consistently focused on solving one of medicine's most difficult challenges in delivering therapies precisely where they are needed.

Prior to founding Ardego, Dr. Packard held scientific leadership positions at the National Cancer Institute (NIH) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, where she led pioneering work in tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapies that helped lay the groundwork for modern cellular immunotherapy. She later co-founded OncoImmunin, where she developed innovative technologies for intracellular delivery of therapeutic molecules and built an extensive portfolio of patented drug delivery platforms.

Dr. Packard has authored numerous scientific publications, holds multiple issued and pending U.S. and international patents, and has dedicated her career to translating breakthrough discoveries into technologies improving patient care. Her work continues to shape the future of precision-targeted therapeutics through the development Ardego's novel platform.
